Our core competences as a laboratory

Eurofins SOFIA GmbH has been successfully carrying out high-quality analyses in the field of residue analysis for over 25 years. On the basis of a blind spot analysis, we work with you to determine at which point in the supply chain your products are already adequately monitored and where additional measures might be sensible. Especially in the areas of pesticides and organic contaminants, we offer you comprehensive analyses of, among others, cereals, oil and oilseeds, hops, dried herbs, organic food and matrices that are difficult to analyse (e.g. essential oils, oleoresins and flavours).

Along the entire supply chain from raw material to processed food, we advise you on food legislation requirements and current issues, with regard to the composition of your product.
