WEBINAR on demand: Environmental monitoring in food production from an analytical and certification point of view
Practical tips for successful implementation in your company
According to the requirements of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and the GFSI-recognised certification standards for food production, environmental monitoring must be implemented in the company and regularly checked within the scope of audits.
In this webinar, our experts from the areas of certification and microbiological analysis will explain which requirements for environmental monitoring are laid down in various international standards, EU regulations (2073-2005) and recommendations and which sampling and analysis methods (cultural and molecular biological) are suitable for implementing monitoring in practice. Topics such as classification or official notification of results and possibilities for infection chain tracing will also be addressed.
We report on the current experiences of our auditors and discuss possible hurdles as well as assistance in overcoming them. In addition, we provide important information on the interpretation of the results of microbiological environmental controls and give you recommendations and reference values for orientation.
