Aug 2021. The results of our customer satisfaction survey show that the quality of test results and the availability of our colleagues are most important to you. Overall, we were able to convince you in all criteria.

As in previous surveys, the quality of the results (77%), availability (55%) and competent advice (48%) are very important to you and are therefore decisive for you to work with us to ensure food safety. The satisfaction with the friendliness of Eurofins staff is particularly high (99%) and is also highly appreciated. You also rate the clarity, comprehensiveness and quality of our test reports very positively.
Our To Dos
We will work on our proactive communication with our customers. This includes topics such as notification in case of postponements and proactive information on current issues. Your personal account manager will be happy to inform you about our exclusive customer newsletter, in which we regularly send you interesting news in the field of food and feed testing. In addition, we offer a comprehensive webinar programme in which we highlight legal and analytical topics in detail and answer your individual questions.

We at Eurofins would like to thank all participants for their positive feedback and constructive comments, which we will use to further improve our services.
A very special bouquet as a thank you for your participation
The protection of biodiversity and species diversity is something we particularly care about at Eurofins. Therefore, instead of a prize draw among all survey participants, we have decided to make a monetary donation to the Blühfläche project. With our “flower sponsorship” we support the creation of sustainable habitats for animals and nature. Currently sinapis alba (white mustard) is growing on our field. Within the next few months phaceliá, sunflowers, Alexandrian clover, oil radish, fenugreek and many other small flowering plants will create a beautiful flowering area, which will serve as a habitat for bees and other insects and animals.
