Covid-19 has now had a significant impact on global business relations and also on daily life. At the moment, however, there is no reason for our customers to worry about the processing of their projects in our laboratory in Reichenwalde. We are fully capable of working in accordance with the current prudence. This means that tests and certifications will be carried out further on, but in compliance with special safety regulations. Tests are currently being carried out without the constant presence of the customers if possible. Any necessary support by our customers will be provided primarily by telephone or Skype or, by special arrangement, in the form of temporary visits. Our Customer Service colleagues are working from home, but are available for you as usual by e-mail, telephone and Skype. In case of any changes to the current situation, we will adjust our working methods accordingly.
