Seminar Day “mRNA Vaccines"

CONTACT US

You work in the pharmaceutical industry and you are interested in quality control testing of the mRNA vaccines? Then we are looking forward to welcoming you to our one-day seminar in Limburg on 17th of September 2024.

For the production of mRNA vaccines a lot of “new” raw materials are required, including plasmids, enzymes, nucleotides, and lipids. For many of these raw materials, there are still no specific pharmacopoeia monographs and therefore no standard methods. Therefore, the challenge lies in the development and validation of suitable analytical methods for checking quality.

Together with our honored colleagues and experts form Eurofins BPT Europe we will introduce the quality control testing challenges and advantages related to the mRNA vaccine manufacturing.

The “mRNA vaccines” seminar day will cover the following key points:

  • Overview of all the QC tests needed for mRNA production and release

  • Raw Material QC tests and example of method development, validation and routine.

  • MCB, WCB, cells and plasmid characterization and identification by Sanger GMP sequencing of both plasmids and mRNA.
